In the Vegetarian episode, Chef Bobby Chinn creates Sticky Rice Dumplings filled with Mung Bean Puree, before preparing a Vegetarian Briyani. He also seeks to break the misconception that salads are all cold with a cooked tea salad from Burma and a Vietnamese jackfruit salad.

Salads Asia has been part of the spice trade since the ancient days when spices such as cinnamon, cassia, cardamom, ginger, and turmeric were known, and used for commerce. Bobby re-discovers these spices as he creates a Moroccan Bisteyya (braised squab wrapped in crispy almond-scented rice paper), Murgh Makhani Butter Chicken and Middle Eastern Spiced Lamb Steaks.

0947鮑比這回來到雅加達,一千多萬人住在雅加達,過去被荷蘭殖民三百多年,這座繁忙港口曾是歐洲香料之路主要據點,此地食物影響反應出其貿易歷史,印尼由一萬七千多個島嶼組成,首都雅加達是品嚐群島各種料理的好地方,鮑比要效法海綿儘可能吸收文化,拚命從當地人口中問出資訊,同時鮑比也要下廚做菜。

 曼谷 0922 曼谷是微笑之地,也是東南亞街頭小吃的聖地,中國人、印度人與歐洲人開立的泰式美食吧在街頭到處可見。在本集節目中,鮑比前往曼谷歷史最悠久的市集之一,並與泰國美食與文化大使會晤。鮑比在昭披耶河的駁船上,煮了一道酸辣蝦湯。隨後,他趕往唐人街耀華叻路的夜市閒逛,街頭小販所賣的飲食都讓人意想不到,像是昆蟲、豬血湯與酸芒果甜點。旅途告一段落前,鮑比與曼谷僧侶聊到「業」的概念,發現他的下輩子前景堪憂!Chef and restaurateur Bobby Chinn travels to the Land of Smiles to learn the secrets of Thailand's street food.
 東京 092A 東京是個兼容並蓄、新舊共存的城市,巴比來到這裡介紹許多獨特的美食,第一種是高湯玉子燒配味噌湯,在味噌湯方面,必須先用昆布與現削柴魚片熬煮高湯,之後加入來自南北的兩種不同味噌,以及大廚獨門的調味祕方,一鍋好喝的味噌湯就完成了。接下來是玉子燒,打十一個蛋,加上柴魚高湯,等鍋子熱了就將蛋汁倒入鍋中,總共要捲三次,美味的玉子燒即可上桌。另外巴比還示範一道適合炎炎夏日享用的爽口冷麵沙拉,材料有蘿蔔麵、海菜跟洋菜等等,將材料與現做油醋攪拌均勻,即可盛盤上桌。另外千萬不可錯過巴比造訪由前相撲力士時津洋所開設的搶鍋餐廳,他要與時津洋一同享用這道相撲力士最愛的料理。

 香港 08C2 節目裡,鮑比秦來到充滿東方情調的香港─東西方文化在此融合成獨一無二的城市。在此,鮑比品嚐蛇湯,甚至喝下蛇膽汁。聞名已久的海鮮粥、絲襪奶茶與甜酸雞,以及新界村落的特產─蒸蝦炒飯,這些都在鮑比的香港菜單上。最後,鮑比前往西貢海邊,趁著夜色釣烏賊。

For breakfast, Bobby cooks roti john, a dish invented by a local chef probably just to cater to English expatriates craving for egg sandwich. He then leaves the main island to cook with chef Ruqxana, who runs one of her well-known cooking classes in the jungles of one of Singapore's smaller islands. She teaches him how to cook nasi kerabu, a Singaporean rice dish which is almost been forgotten in these modern times. For dinner, he meets up with a Vespa-riding local food critic, KF Seetoh, and heads into the red-light district of Singapore for a meal of frog legs and barbequed sting ray.
